Yes. Owning an EOTG Campervan / Motorhome is true property ownership. You purchase a share in a campervan / motorhome-specific limited company. The campervan is fully managed and operated specifically for co-ownership
We display real-time availability and support two types of owner stays: general and short-notice.
General stays are made 8 days to 24 months in advance, and each owner has access to a general stay that falls on a special date (e.g., public holidays or popular local events). Short-notice stays are made 2 to 7 days in advance of arrival.
Over time, we will learn each owner’s stay preferences and make suggestions for dates you might prefer.
Any EOTG owner can choose to sell their ownership interest, at any time. Each owner has independent control over the sale and price of their share. EOTG will provide you with a current comparative market analysis for your ownership interest, which you can use to help set your price. EOTG will assist in the sale process by tapping into our existing marketplace of buyers and marketing the Campervan / Motorhome on EOTG website. Completion is fast and streamlined.
The Campervan / Motorhome price is compared to other listings. This is then dived in 4 for a 1/4 share
